We will not be using traditional tasers

A current of as little as 0.007 amps (7mA) across the heart for three seconds is enough to kill. 0.1 amps (100mA) passing through the body will almost certainly be fatal. However, the current involved in an electric shock is determined by the voltage and the resistance of the circuit

We will house in M.S.P underground warehouses in the Mid-West & coastal neurological technology production facilities  

Simple & light weight devices with batteries that can strap to a back pack disguised doubling as a mobile phone or tablet charger or strap to limbs then actual device connectors 

Mote effective than a traditional gun, tasers device or non-lethal or lethal weapon to demobilize muscles
