USA needs only 100 million or less persons like all other countries on earth

Some being under 15% will be unmanned & reassimlated in new lives while the remainder are held down under 24 hour watch & control or killed wirelessly where they are or after being moved to a new area within or outside the borders & airspace of the country they are in 

The numbers are similar in over 25 countries since prior to 2016 

There is 10-20% or between 50-90% of non-homeless people connected into neurological technology networks monitored & or monitored & controlled 24/7 in over 25 countries by different neurological technology labs or mind control
